Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team! This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build foundational experience in a collaborative, supportive environment. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing our premium products, and fostering lasting relationships. We are seeking someone with a passion for sales, eager to learn, open to feedback and excited to grow with us! If you have experience in construction, home improvement, solar, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, windows, garage doors, or any adjacent industries - we'll take you to the next level!
Position:
- Warm leads - ready to close!
- Build customer rapport
- Understand home remodeling needs
- Consult on creative solutions and provide an unmatched customer experience

Pay:
- Earn $2500 during training period
- Uncapped income based on performance
- Expected earnings in the first year: $85,000-$120,000
- Top performers can earn $200,000 annually
- Loyalty Bonus: $3000 after first three months, $5000 after first six months, $10,000 after 12 months.

Requirements:
Work schedule: Sunday to Friday
Valid driver license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
Willing to travel within designated sales areas.
Working cellphone with reliable service/data plan.
